The Care4 Breast Cancer 5k is held at Woodstock North High School, 3000 Raffel Road, Woodstock IL 60098.

Pets: Please remember NO dogs or pets are allowed on the high school grounds or on the race course.

The Gym and Late Registration open at 7:00 AM and the race begins promptly at 8:30 AM.

Start Gate chutes by minute pace are available for runners. Walkers, please line up behind the runners' chutes. PARTICIPANTS WITH STROLLERS: For the safety of your children and our runners, please utilize the stroller section.

Pre-registered Packet Pick-up: Avoid long lines on race day and pick up your packet on Saturday, October 14th from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Family Health Partnership Clinic, 401 E. Congress Parkway, Crystal Lake 60014 (3 blocks east of the Crystal Lake Post Office). OR you may also pick up your packet on Sunday morning, October 15th, (Race Day) from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM at Woodstock North High School.

Gear Check: Stow your stuff securely while you run/walk at our Gear Check Station located in the Auxiliary Gym. 

Team Photos: Don't miss out on the opportunity to have a professional photo of your team! Team Photos will be taken by Sylver Studios and DeWane Studios on the bleachers on the west wall of the Auxiliary Gym.

Water: Be green and bring your water bottle to fill at our complimentary water station in the Main Gym, sponsored by Hinckley Springs. There are also two water stations located along the course and at the Finish Line.

Zumba: A Zumba warm-up will be offered at 7:45 AM in the Main Gym by Judy Brown of the Woodstock Rec Center! Music provided by Music in Motion.

Restrooms: There are multiple restroom areas both inside the high school and outside by the entrance to the football stadium. Additionally, there are portapottys conveniently located at the Finish Line area and at each water station along the course. 

Awards: The Awards Ceremony begins at approximately 9:30 AM in the Main Gym. Awards are given for Top Overall Male finisher & Top Overall Female finisher; Top Overall Individual Fundraiser and Top Team Fundraiser; Male & Female 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place finishers in 15 age catergories will also be awarded medals.

PARKING AND SHUTTLE INFORMATION:

PARKING is available at Woodstock North High School and Merryman Fields on Raffel Road. However, parking lots at these locations fill first and early and do notreopen until after the Race has completely finished. 

Remote Parking is also available at the McHenry County Government Center, located at the corner of Route 47 and Ware Road in Woodstock.

SHUTTLE BUSES will run from the McHenry County Government Center to Woostock North High School at 7:15, 7:30, 7:45 and 8:00 AM. The Last Bus will depart the Government Center at 8:00 AM! (To facilitate our 8:30 AM start.)  Please note: participants with strollers are welcome but require additional loading time, so please arrive early. Shuttles will also return you to the Government Center after the race.

TRY TO CARPOOL with your teammates, family and/or other participants as much as possible. It’s better for the environment and helps us significantly ease traffic and congestion around the event.
